DSO made an error on post-completion OPT i-20. What actions should I take?

My DSO sent me an i-20 which does not include the OPT recommendation and asked me to file i-765 for OPT so I did file it online. After 3 days, she noticed her mistake and sent me an updated i-20 with the OPT recommendation and asked me to upload it to the USCIS online application as unsolicited evidence and I did. Now I am just anxious about my application. The processing time is too long and I risk exceeding my 60 days grace period. Does anyone know what should I do in this case?

Also am I protected my the latest USCIS court memorandum in case my application gets rejected/denied after the 60 days grace period? Should I sue the DSO and have the court overrule USCIS in case anything unexpected happens?
