Just an update on my my wife's EAD timeline for anyone delayed (stay strong):
Filed E3 extension: December 12th 2019
EAD expiration: March 5th
Biometrics taken: January 2nd 2020
RFE for MY E3: May 1st 2020 (responded with document June 5th 2020)
Approved E3 extension: June 30th
EAD ordered: July 2nd
I-765 approved: July 7th
Card marked as mailed: July 23rd
Card received: July 27th
Anyone that is waiting for an EAD, it looks like the average processing time from ordered to shipped is about 20 days. I think it's absolutely fucked to take 7 months for the whole process but here we are. Sorry to all the people that have had their jobs taken away from them while waiting.
