Hello Guys! Just want to comment a little bit about my case here and hoping to get some guidance to what to do in this case.

As many of you I hired a lawyer, she charged me to send the application but I have some concerns.

1. She never included photos or pictures as a proof in the application, I’m not sure if this 100% needed for I-130 but was wondering lately.

2. I’m trying to apply for an expedite request due to humanitarian reasons, we need translation for some documents and she was supposed to do it, but after a month no answer.

3. If I do get the documents, I need to upload them on the USCIS profile and the only one that has access to it is my lawyer. I tried to get my case on my profile but keeps asking me for Online Access Code. Emma and USCIS contact center are not helping me with this so it’s been rough.

I wish I can get access to the case, and do everything by my own but I don’t know how is that possible. If anyone has an answer, please tell me.
