Hello All!
I got approved a couple of weeks back and I just got the approval notice and the new SSN cards in the mail. I had SSN before since I was an F1/H1b holder for some years and I thought once I was approved for AOS, I would receive a SSN card without the DHS authorization indication. My SSN arrived and I still have the text indicating the requirement of DHS authorization for work. Do you get one without this once you were approved? Should I go to the SSN office to try to get one once I get my card? Is it worth to actually have a copy of thr SSN without this legend?
Thanks in advance for your input!
