Can you file Form I-751 (to remove conditions) further out than 90 days?

My current green card (2 year) expires at the end of October. This morning I received a notice in my account titled: "Reminder Notice To Submit I-751".

The official guidance is as follows: "If we granted you conditional permanent resident status based on investment, you must file Form I-829, Petition by Investor to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status, within the 90-day period before your Green Card expires."

Based on this guidance, I should not submit my I-751 until the start of August so am slightly confused why I am getting a notice encouraging me to submit now.

My question for you all is: is there a negative to me submitting right now despite being outside the 90 day period before expiration?
