This is the hold on my self-petitioned NIW I-140, 485, 765 and 131: "On June 18, 2024, we placed your Form I-XXX, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Receipt Number IOEXXXXXX, on hold due to an issue with your payment. If we receive payment authorization, your case will continue to be processed. If your payment fails, your case will be rejected and you will receive a notice outlining future requirements."
My lawyer simply said there is nothing for me to do here. I called USCIS iNSC) twice. The officer said they don't know what this means, and to email them with a question and the case details. They said they would forward this to another department who would answer it. I did this twice, and both times I got a response back saying it was forwarded, but I haven't heard a thing.
My lawyer did use a G-1450. I paid them and they in turn sent in the fees. This is how they prefer to do things.
I am completely lost and I am worried this will simply be rejected, and I will waste even more time. I have a time sensitivity to my application. ANY clarity will be greatly appreciated.
