I got an RFE in April 22nd this year and replied to it by the beginning of May. My lawyer said it was received at the indicated address by May 1st, but no changes in the actual status since then (still showing RFE sent). I tried to chat with a live agent two weeks ago and they told me that nothing else is showing, so I decided calling them today.

When I call them I have this automated assistant that just told me the same about the status, but when I ask to speak with a representative, the automated assistant says that it cannot help with that and terminated the call after two more petitions. Do you know how to speak with a representative? My lawyer recommended to follow up with USCIS since it's been a month an a half since we responded to the RFE.

Application info: Employment based I485. Approved I140 with PD: 12/14/2021. Receipt date: 12/01/23, Biometrics: 12/28/23, RFE: 04/22/24.

RFE was for 212e waiver since I was subjected to the 2 year rule, my lawyer attached this document with my initial application.

Edit: The live chat agent mentioned that my application is currently with the Brooklyn office, but we filed to Chicago.
