Hello everybody, I got denied for my case May 13, 2024 because allegedly they said I did not sent my medical exam. Which is untrue I did submitted along with the other evidence they asked. My question it’s do you guys have any idea if the motion to reopen would be successful and how long it takes? I submitted a new medical exam and proof that I sent the old medical exam. I have been waiting since May 17,2022 I really which I could make a wait that I would not have to wait another 2 years. It’s not marriage base and the average time for this type of AOS takes 33 months.
