I got an email on 10th April from SEVP saying something like -

Your OPT authorization period has ended. The Student Exchange and Visitor Program (SEVP) will close your SEVP Portal account on 10/11/2024.

You have 15 days after the end date of your OPT authorization to make any updates. On 04/26/2024 the account will change to read only.

My initial OPT actually ends on this date but I had already filed for my STEM extension about 3 weeks prior to this date and even got an receipt notice saying that my application was received. I was concerned what was this email about? Is it expected to get this email? None of my peers seem to have got anything like this. Thanks for help!
