I recently called an agent to request to expedite my case under the claim of financial loss (as noted on their website) first agent bluntly said that USCIS does not expedite cases when it comes to employment. I told him what the website said and he disregarded that and said he can’t do it and hung up. I called back and got a different agent and she asked me my reason for the request and if I had uploaded my supporting documents. I told her and she said she will put in the ticket to request for my case to be expedited. Don’t give up.
