May, 2018: Got green card due to my startup and YC funding and recommendation (EB1, Santa Clara County)
March, 2020: lost my startup :(
Jan, 2023: Started working after a 2.5 year Vacation
11 April, 2023: Applied N400
18 September, 2023: Notice for interview date sent
23 October, 2023: Interview, approved on the spot
Interviewer brought up my long unemployment history. I said I was looking but couldn't find a good fit, tried other startups and failed. Other than than the standard 4-5 Civics questions, no written or reading test. Everyone was super friendly. Oath ceremony isn't same day, I believe it's next Friday.
