Hello guys,
My case has been transferred to a non local field office in January, but the case status shows as- case update to show fingerprints were taken.
Recently, I received the update shown below . Does this mean the same thing as “case remains pending”.
If, at the time of adjudication, your priority date no longer meets the cut-off date published in the Visa Bulletin, due to retrogression, your case must be held in suspension until a visa once again becomes available. USCIS will finalize processing of your visa-retrogressed case when your priority date becomes available (current) based on the dates in the current month’s Visa Bulletin.
