Moving states before/after filing i-485

I can apply for a green card (asylum-based, so 30 months wait...) but I'm considering moving states. Is it ok to file in one state and then move? Is it ok to file soon after moving? Does the location matter only towards the end, when the case is transfered to FO? Can moving cause delays, and how do I minimize the risk?
