On May 5th I found out that my medical rfe deadline had passed on April 21st. It was issued on January 21st. The case had not been rejected and was simply stuck on “actively under review” since January. They had got my address wrong and that’s why I didn’t get it the first time they mailed it to me. I requested an email copy and finished my medical forms last week and mailed them. It’s been a week since I mailed my forms and the status is still actively under review. Is it a good thing that they didn’t reject the application upto a month after the rfe deadline? How soon after missing deadlines does uscis update application statuses?
