Uscis sent me an rfe for medical records in January, didn’t get any updates on account, didn’t get any updates on case status page. Today when I checked my partners account the 130 was approved I called uscis asking if there was any updates on my account the guy said it was an rfe and I’m past the deadline because my address was missing an apartment number which is bullshit because I checked my address with them and it’s got the apartment number I submitted a request stating I never got the mail. Freaking out. Similar experiences? Ways around it?
