Hey so I recently found out that if your family makes less than 80k a year tuition to usc is free. I was wondering if it's the fact that they have to make that amount after or before tax? Is it free tuition for all 4 years of the undergraduate program?

Yes it’s free tuition for every year where the financial data you submit from the previous year is under $80k (to my knowledge after-tax).
