What happens if you get an incomplete for a final exam?

OSAS wasn’t able to fit me in for accomodated testing on original exam date, professor told me to go with a test section on december 8th for the group of students that would get their accomodations outside of osas because they couldn’t get fit in but he forgot to let that proctor know that I would be in her section so I was turned away. He apologized for forgetting to email her and told me to sign up for this morning (dec 12th). OSAS however then rejected that request last night because it was made too late (duh) and now there is physically no possible way to take this class’s final before I have to fly home. I have no idea what to expect next..

Yeah I was thinking an incomplete would be on the table since he screwed up and none of this situation is my fault. In any case I’m taking it in like 18 minutes because we managed to find somebody to proctor it luckily.
