Yes, those offices are for Facilities Planning and Management and they have already begun moving them off campus. USC hasn’t said what will replace those office spaces.

I saw that they are also moving the offices to the left of the Jefferson parking structure off campus.
Maybe they potentially put some new open tennis courts there? I doubt it though.
