Hello, I'm a Laborer working for a private contractor to renovate barracks for the US Army. However, since I started I have been doing framing work and I know I'm not getting compensated according to the company pay scale, ($19.88 starting, I'm getting paid $3 less per hour) even when I brought it up to the assistant superintendent and the superintendent of the project over the course of the past two months. They said in construction you get raises in 6 months - a year. I brought this up to the USACE inspector and he said he will be conducting a Laborer interview with me when he comes back with the paperwork.
What can I expect from this outcome?
