Investment account transfers (Victory Capital/Schwab)

I’m slightly confused on what is going to Schwab and what is going to Victory Capital. My Roth IRA already made the switch via the transfer portal but my Investment account didn’t. Is my investment account moving to Victory Capital or did I mess up something?

I like Schwab and would like to switch my investment account to it regardless. What is the process for this, and will have to sell my USAA funds? Because I don’t want to be capital gains taxed and I’m not sure if Schwab carries them or offers in-kind transfers to “similar” funds (if that’s even possible)?
