Withdrawing from a Course?

Hi everyone! My pre-major advisor hasn't responded to my email since this morning and I'm honestly freaking out. This one course I'm in is kicking my ass (im failing terribly) and I only took it so I could fulfill the credit requirement (Im a freshman and also have financial aid). Is there anyone on here who could give advice? Or just wanna talk about this? Im losing my mind.
