Is there a place for non-students to sit and eat?

I'm a college student, but not at Penn, unfortunately (wanted to transfer in, but didn't get accepted). I'll be heading to Baltimore eventually, coming from NJ, but will have an hour or so in Philly. Saw that you're right by the train station. I don't need to be able to get food, but is there a place to sit and eat food from elsewhere?

(I really want to try Blackbird Pizzeria, but probably won't have time to go in person, so was wondering if I could get it delivered to somewhere by the train station and eat there)
