Philadelphians are over represented, is what they are saying.
And white kids are a distinct minority in Philadelphia.
So based on the geographical sampling they are doing, mathematically you would expect there to be over 55% non-white. Â Which is what we see now anyway.

Any time ethnicity is mentioned you can guarantee a narrative is being pushed.
Also, if folks really cared about specific groups being part of class intakes, you donât need blanket racial policies to make that happen
