I’m been working as a cover driver for the last 3 months.

I wake up get ready for work, fight through traffic get here 45min early, I check my name on the computer and I don’t see my name. I ask on of the supervisor and tells me I’m up. I have to wait 45min for them to decide if they need me or to just go home.
-they tell me not to clock in. do they pay me for does 45min?
-they do this two times a week. Can I do anything about it?
