I been working for almost 2 years as a Package handler, I ask my supervisor to give me time off for August he said that he can cause I use all my vacation time for that year, vacation time resets on August 30th, so I told him if he can do it for September, and today he told me no cause to many people are going on vacation that week and it goes off seniority. What can I do, I feel like his just making excuses so I don’t take my vacation.
Also I’m going to the driver class next week, when and if I pass I will be on my 30days. Can I tell who ever is my new supervisor if he can give me the days off?
