Full Time fluctuate......

My FT sup. Always does this and I’m getting sick of it. I always clock in at 3:30 yet my time card always says (3.15 or 3.50, 3.40, 3.26, etc) any suggestions on this? Should I grieve this? He’s cool and we have a good relationship. But this is my time and ultimately my pay......
