Questions on class A shares

Greetings, big fan of the company.

Both of my parents were drivers, 35 years for my father and 25 years for my mother. Both received compensation packages with class a shares. My father passed away and unfortunately never filled out a TOD form or one is not on file, his shares are with computershare. My mother was able to access and sell hers without an issue sometime ago.

My question is what are the proper steps for her to access the proceeds from the shares in his account since they are class A and be able to distribute them accordingly as his executor.
