Hi everyone, I've been working at UPS since February 2022, and after a month or two, I asked to be promoted, and I was told I would be. I've been told to wait and wait, wait and wait and there is no end. Two weeks before the end of September, I was told by my full-time sup that the position would be opening in late September. Then I was introduced to the building manager, who confirmed the promotion by the end of September. Today is October 4th, and my full-time sup told me to wait another two weeks.

I'm I the only one dealing with this shit? Is there something that I can do, like file a complaint to HR?
