I returned an item that I bought off of Amazon a few months ago and it apparently never left a nearby UPS facility. So I never got the money back for that and it's too late to file a claim with UPS. About a week ago I just returned another item and it seems like it's happening again? It says 'Label Created'/'Shipment Ready for UPS' and the last detail was 12 days ago. I already got my refund money for this return, however if the company that I bought from doesn't get the item back they can take my refund back using my payment information (or so I've read somewhere). Is this normal for returns or should I file a claim with UPS to make sure I can keep my refund money?
