Hazardous materials in Apple Watch?

I ordered an Apple Watch from Apple Store and was supposed to be delivered to Mexico last Thursday. However, since Tuesday, UPS said delivery was delayed. Apple sent me a message saying that delivery was being delayed by exactly one day. Next day UPS says they found hazardous materials irregularities in my package and is now being returned to sender in Ca. I tried contacting Apple but after 1 h in their call center nobody picks up. Any idea what to do next?
