Package has been stuck at the same facility since the 23rd. They keep delaying the delivery by saying that I have requested for a different delivery date but I haven't done anything of the sorts. Got an email yesterday saying they'll deliver it today, but on the tracker it's not out for delivery yet and it's almost 11am (I'm not in the US). Support was braindead useless and told me that they were planning on delivering it on wednesday (yesterday) and when I pointed out that it was new year's they went missing entirely. Contacted the company I bought this from and they told their rep that I was changing delivery dates.

What's going on?

EDIT: It was out for delivery on the 27th, then at around 6pm it went back to "on the way" and since then they've been claiming I've been asking for a delayed delivery which is 100% false
