Hotel stay during 5 day training?

I remember during intergrad online or somewhere else during my application. I read that ups pays for your hotel during 5 days of training. I also recall that meals would be provided. Then an hr rep tells me to bring my own lunch and ups will not be providing a hotel. What is going on?
