so, I had a piece of mail supposedly delivered on august 25th at 9:53am and it was delivered at my front door or at least that's what it says considering the tracking information doesn't include an address, just the city I live in and proof of delivery and a pitch black photo. I live in an apartment and I've been without power for 3 straight days, the day it was supposedly delivered, my apartment complex had no power and my hallways were pitch black. Today is sunday so I'm SOL until monday and I won't be off work until 10pm, I can't even file a police report at this time or call the company I have my 401k with. I have filed a claim through ups, but 4300 bones is a lot of effing money to lose due to incompetence or petty thievery. what can I do? and is it possible the check can be voided and funds reissued even if it was cashed by an unauthorized party?
