Im online reseller and recently Purchased a package from one of my regular suppliers, never had any issues previously. The supplier was supposed to ship the package directly to a customer in Alabama for me but put my return address/info on the label since it was technically my deal, even though he was shipping the shoes. This time ups took the package to a facility in Kansas City. When I called and asked why, they stated it was flagged for a fraudulent label. I know I can dispute the charge through my bank, but ups said they are unable to find who’s account the label was even created by. I offered to pay any postage necessary to release the box, they said right now they couldn’t give me more information. Since my return address is on there but they can’t link an account to the label, what will happen with this package?
