photos (tracking # removed)

Sorry to fill the page with a tracking question but this doesn’t seem normal to me. I’ve sent and received many UPS packages before and never went days on end with no scans at all, especially after a departed scan on an international express package. The flight information system shows it arrived to SDF days ago, so there is no reason it shouldn’t have been sent up to PIT yet, but the regular tracking just says departed HKG. This is an expensive business shipment and I’m hoping to get it soon but the 1-800 number is useless and gives me zero information.

I also know people who are receiving other packages through UPS Intl Express and theirs all departed HKG and got scanned into SDF in like 15 hours.

If you can find anything please let me know.
