Slow internet speed using only USG-3P and switch

I just installed a simple setup with a USG-3P and a 16 switch. My main computer is plugged into the switch. I tried many different speed tests, i get anywhere from 80 to 200 Mbps wich is much lower than the 400 my ISP should give. Before using the unifi equipment (plugging my computer directly into the modem) i did not have any issues with speed. I tried looking and any setting that could cause this limit but i cant find anything. Anyone have any suggestions? My modem is currently in bridge mode, could this cause any issues?
