LinuxServer Unifi Deprecated, where to host next?

With the deprecation of the LinuxServer.io Unifi Docker Container, I have been weighing my options for the next steps of my home lab network.
I was thinking of either:
- Staying with Docker
- Migrating to LinuxServer's new docker container
- Using another container
- Installing it without Docker.
- I've seen some install scripts. Glenn R's sticks out to me.
I want something that's pretty easy to keep up to date. I use Watchtower with Docker but if I went with a script I'd probably go with a cron job to update it weekly.
Which direction should I go? Any recommendations of a container or install/update script?
