I have a site with a Cloud Key showing with an icon for a Gen1 CK on the dashboard page of the legacy management portal, but described as UCKV2 1.1.19 (after a minute or two the image of the cloud key disappears from the top left corner of the dashboard page and is replaced by a 'piggyback' image of the CK sat on top of the USG.)
I believe that means it's a basic Cloud Key V2 which hasn't been upgraded to V2 firmware - is that right?
I'm currently VERY remote and cannot get to site.
I've been seeing some inconsistencies with devices not showing up properly in the web management UI, and so I'm looking to update everything. I've brought all the switches, APs and the USG to their respective latest versions, but I cannot for the life of me find where I might be able to update the cloud key.
Is my cloud key just misbehaving and needs to be restarted to show the relevant update option (I believe I've gone through every page of the site looking for that option), or is this actually a cloud key Gen1 which is masquerading as a later device. As mentioned above I can't get to site to verify which device they have and I only see them a couple of times a year.
Any pointers would be very much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
