Mortgage options when moving to part-time
Post Body

I plan on getting a mortgage in the next couple of years but would like to move to part time working which would see my income being cut down to 3/5 of what it is.

Iā€™m wondering what are the implications of this towards my mortgage?

Iā€™d like to move to part-time working within about a year of starting my mortgage.

Is this a bad idea?

Moving to part time working is extremely important in terms of my long term goals (moving to self-employment).

Any ideas Reddit-brains?

Thanks
