Has anyone tried homeshift?

I have just moved into my new 1 bedroom flat with my partner and I have been invited by my agency to use Homeshift (a service for making bills easier) and have read about them in trust pilot although most reviews seem to describe the service to be either really good or incredibly awful and was wondering
My question really is: Is it any good to help you save money and how was your experience with them?
