Best way to cash RSUs in GBP from ETrade US

I work in the London office of a US company and I'm close to the vesting of the first part of my RSU grant they gave me when I joined.
I'm planning to sell some of the shares (held in a US ETrade account) and to convert them to GBP but I'm not sure what is the most efficient way of doing so.
My colleagues seem to either use Transferwise or Revolut. Is any of these two services better than the other? Is there any better third option?
