Tried to search past posts to find advice on this but couldn't see anything.
Am I better fixing the rate for the mortgage for 2 or 5 years? Mortgage advisor pointed out that I might get a better rate after 2 years when I've paid 2 years worth off. Is there anything else to consider? Eg when I want to sell the house etc.
