First time: How do you access the self assessment submission option on your government gateway account?

I’ve been trying to complete my self assessment but the option is not on my government gateway. I filled in the form to reactivate my account weeks ago but it’s not updated. I tried to add the business tax with self assessment and it says my UTR and NI number are not recognised. I definitely have a UTR number and I even confirmed the number with HMRC. I’m just stumped on what to do next ?
