House shared 50% but want to buy back shares efficiently

hi all, i bought a house last year putting 95% of downpayment but decided to share 50% with my partner. Now i would like to get a larger % due to the fact that i’m going to remortgage and put down an additional downpayment. My partner agrees but we don’t know what is the best way to do it while minimising costs. what are our options? is there a tax efficient way of restructuring ownership?
