Pension advice pls: Used to be a teacher and paid into Teachers Pension for about 10 years. Then worked in schools abroad and didn’t pay into a pension.

Then I burned out working in schools and am since a private tutor back in England, not earning much and not paying into a pension. I’m 46 years old now and getting anxious that I won’t have enough of a pension pot 🙁 I also have a disability (PTSD) which makes it hard for me to work/earn. Any advice you can give me please?
