Tips on keeping gloves/hats/shoes on?

So our 18 month old has a wonderful habit or being able to take any of the above off and not keep them on when she needs them.

This morning, in the car to the childminder, has taken her gloves and hat off 2 minutes into thr journey, try explaining to her that it's cold and why she needs them on but obviously it doesn't work.

Then, as we are pulling up, she's pulling her warm boots off!

Any tips on keeping them on?

Edit - reason we do this is the kid hates blankets, kicks them off and refuses to have one on screaming till it comes off
