What advice would you give someone who just found out they were pregnant?
Post Body

Interested in some genuine insight from people who have seen and experienced it all.

It's not me who's pregnant btw but someone I know is and I'd like to give her as much information and inside knowledge as possible.

Start taking your folic acid right away. Phone your GP to get referred to midwives. They basically say congrats see you at your 12 week scan lol if feeling sick, ginger is really good. You will be sooo tired! Sleep as much as you can! I just slept cried and ate veggie meals (went off meat couldn't stand the smell or taste) for the first trimester lol
