I got called into an interview for a sales representatives role, went good, later that day got a call telling me I got the role. 2 days after I come in for paper work, they explain the stuff for me and send me the paper work via email. I have till monday to do it.
I start training (online) on Monday, but recently have realised that due to a certain circumstance I will have some issues during the role that will affect me when working. So I am thinking that the role is not for me and that I do not want to go any further in case my circumstances cause difficulties.
Is it too late to back out?
I have messaged who I believe is my manager and have asked him to let me know what he thinks.
Would it be a problem they do not respond before my training starts?
