Recruitment agencies for civil/architectural engineering

Hi, i’ve recently graduated with a bachelors degree in architectural engineering and have been struggling to find a job. Most of them reject me and the very few that go further than that also end up rejecting me.
I know this job market is horrible but does anyone have any tips on applying to jobs/recruitment agencies that may help. (preferably in the yorkshire area but atp i’m not bothered about location). Thanks!
