Just read this article and thought I'd ask in here.
Recently had a bait and switch. I applied to a chemist role but was asked to interview for a lab technician role. I just straight up refused saying I'd applied to a chemist role why would I want to work as a lab tech?
Also at the same company years ago I applied to a job and got the reply back that I did not have enough experience. Despite it saying on the website that the role could be suitable at levels for school leavers graduates and people at mor senior career levels.
